A health coach is a supportive mentor who provides the information, tools, and guidance to help you make informed decisions about your health. Rather than telling you what to do, a health coach works with you — helping you understand what's happening in your body, exploring the possible factors contributing to your symptoms, and building sustainable habits that genuinely fit your life.

At Rebecca Jane Health, my approach is rooted in naturopathic principles — which means I'm never just looking at your symptoms in isolation. I'm looking at the whole picture. What's driving them, what's maintaining them, and what needs to change to support your body from the inside out.

This is women's health coaching that is practical, evidence-based, and tailored entirely to you — whether you're optimising your health for conception, navigating the perimenopause transition, or experiencing hormonal imbalances that are getting in the way of feeling well.

My Three Pillar Approach to Women's Health

Whether you're working with me on fertility health or perimenopause, everything I do is built around three equal pillars:

Nutrition Understanding how what you eat directly influences your hormones, energy, weight, and overall health. I help you structure meals that align with your personal goals — whether that's increasing energy, improving digestion, optimising nutrition for conception, or eating to support your changing hormones through perimenopause — sharing nourishing ideas and inspiration while helping you build confidence and autonomy in your own food choices. My approach is collaborative and client-led rather than prescriptive, guiding you towards what works best for your body and your life.

Lifestyle Looking at every factor that affects your health, from sleep and stress to movement and environment. Small, sustainable changes that compound over time and make a real difference. For women in perimenopause, this includes understanding how the approach to exercise needs to change as your hormones shift — and why the methods that worked in your 20s and 30s may no longer serve you. For women on a fertility journey, lifestyle factors play a critical role in hormonal balance, cycle health, and conception.

Mindset Addressing the emotional and psychological side of your health journey. Whether that's managing the anxiety of trying to conceive, processing the heartbreak of miscarriage, navigating the emotional toll of perimenopause, or simply building the confidence to prioritise yourself. This pillar is given equal weight to the other two because your mental and emotional health is just as important as your physical health. Lasting change only happens when the whole person is supported.

What Women's Health Coaching Is — and What It Isn't

Women's health coaching is a collaborative, client-led process. It is not a clinical service and I do not provide prescriptive meal plans or medical advice. What I do provide is evidence-based guidance, practical tools, and genuine support — helping you build the knowledge, confidence, and habits to become an advocate for your own health. This includes nutrition guidance and recipe inspiration tailored to your goals, giving you the tools to make informed food choices that work for your body and your life.

If you have a diagnosed health condition, I always recommend working alongside your GP or relevant medical professional. Health coaching works best as a complement to medical care, not a replacement for it.
