HEALTH COACHING FOR FERTILITY
Deciding to start a family is a really exciting time, especially if you have been longing for a baby for a while. You probably want to do everything you can to optimise your fertility, support your body and your growing baby throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
A fertility coach provides personalised, holistic support to individuals and couples who are preparing to conceive or facing challenges with fertility. Unlike doctors, fertility coaches don’t diagnose or prescribe treatments—they complement medical care by focusing on the emotional, lifestyle, and mindset aspects that influence fertility.
With guidance, compassion, and practical strategies, a fertility coach helps you feel more confident, supported, and in control of your journey.

My Own Fertility Journey
My journey to conceiving in my mid-thirties was far harder than I anticipated it to be. Although the struggle was very real at the time, I now see it as a huge gift. What I didn't realise then was that the diet I thought was healthy — low calorie, low fat, and unintentionally lacking in protein — was quietly working against my fertility. But it wasn't just nutrition. Understanding how my body worked, exploring the connection between mindset and physical health, and learning what my body truly needed at this stage became a profound turning point. I conceived twice, naturally — and that whole experience was the foundational springboard into the work I do now. It inspired me to train as a health coach and shaped every area of specialist knowledge I have built since.
The Power of the Preconception Window
One of the most important — and most overlooked — aspects of fertility health is what happens in the three months before conception. The study of epigenetics has revealed that the nutritional and lifestyle choices you make during this window can directly influence how your DNA expresses itself — a process known as DNA methylation. Factors including immune response and long term health can all be shaped by the choices you make right now.
This is why I work with women who are preparing for pregnancy, not just those already facing challenges. That three month window is one of the most powerful opportunities you have — and most women don't even know it exists.
My Three Pillar Approach to Fertility Health
Nutrition: Understanding how what you eat directly influences your hormones, cycle health, and fertility. Gut health is central to this work — your gut microbiome plays a profound role in how your body metabolises hormones, absorbs the nutrients essential for conception, and manages inflammation that can affect fertility. I provide nutrition guidance and recipe inspiration tailored to your fertility goals — helping you understand what your body needs at this stage and building the confidence to make informed food choices that work for your life. I don't provide prescriptive meal plans, but I do give you the practical tools and knowledge to nourish your body for conception.
Lifestyle: Looking at every factor that influences your fertile health — from sleep and stress to your environment and how you move your body. One of the most overlooked aspects of fertility lifestyle is how you exercise — and specifically how your fitness regime can be tailored to support your cycle. The way you train during each phase of your menstrual cycle can either support or hinder your fertility, and most women have never been shown how to make that distinction. Together we'll explore realistic, sustainable adjustments that create the optimal conditions for conception — personalised to you.
Mindset The emotional toll of the fertility journey is real — and it's rarely talked about enough. Whether you're managing the anxiety of trying to conceive, processing the grief of miscarriage, or simply trying to stay hopeful through setbacks, this pillar gives you the space to express everything you're feeling and the tools to build resilience, manage stress, and move forward with clarity. Ongoing stressors directly impacts hormonal balance and conception — addressing it isn't optional, it's essential.
Information and Education
Understanding your own fertility is one of the most empowering things you can do. I help you better understand how fertility works, take ownership of your journey, and become an active and informed participant in your own care. Knowledge removes fear — and fear is one of the biggest obstacles many women face on this journey.
Who I Work With
My fertility coaching is for women aged 30–45 based in Bristol, London, or anywhere across the UK online.
Some of the women I work with are just beginning their journey — healthy, proactive, and wanting to give themselves the strongest possible foundation in the months before they start trying. Others have been trying to conceive for a year or more and are beginning to wonder why it isn't happening. Some are preparing for IVF and want to optimise every aspect of their health before treatment begins. And some have experienced the devastating loss of miscarriage and are finding their way forward — physically, emotionally, and with hope still intact.
Wherever you are, this work meets you there.
My fertility health coaching draws on dedicated training in hormone health and fertility nutrition, CPD in the emotional aspects of fertility coaching, and a naturopathic health coaching qualification. You can find out more about my background and training on my about page.

What My Clients Say
"When I first got in touch with Becky, I think I was at my lowest point — my dreams of conceiving just weren't happening. Both myself and my husband had had lots of tests but nothing was wrong. It had been about 3½ to 4 years of trying and we were just at the point of going down the IVF route when I saw Becky's advert.
Through our sessions, Becky was very understanding, listened to everything I said and gave me so much encouragement. I felt the way she worked was so calming and not rushed, giving me little tasks to do each fortnight which I found easy to follow and complete. She gave me structure and hope and helped me with methods to move forward.
Having changed my diet and completely giving up alcohol, 4 months on from starting with Becky I can now say with a big smile on my face and tears in my eyes that I am 10 weeks pregnant. My husband and I are so overwhelmed and so thankful to Becky for all of her help. I cannot recommend Becky enough — it has truly changed our lives."
