Hi, I'm Becky

I'm a certified Health Coach, holding a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Advanced Hormone Health Practitioner status with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, specialising in women's health — with a particular focus on hormone balance, fertility, energy, and the menopause transition.

I didn't grow up passionate about health or nutrition. Like so many women in their twenties, I thought staying healthy meant eating my five a day, watching my weight, and keeping junk food to a minimum. What I didn't realise was normal — painful periods, an emotional rollercoaster every month, and energy so poor I'd wake up tired after a full night's sleep and need an afternoon nap in my twenties — wasn't actually normal at all. It just felt that way, because everyone around me seemed to be living it too.

That continued well into my thirties. I had a busy career as a primary school teacher, I exercised regularly, and I believed I ate well — so I had no reason to think anything needed to change.

Then, in my mid-thirties, we struggled to conceive. After wanting a family for so long, it was devastating to be told IVF was our only route. But that difficult chapter became the turning point. I started researching the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on hormonal health, and retrained — first through the College of Naturopathic Medicine, then going on to gain Advanced Hormone Health Practitioner status. What I learned didn't just change my understanding professionally; it changed my own health. I went on to conceive both of my children naturally, and resolved hormonal imbalances I'd lived with for years — through lifestyle changes and learning to properly fuel my body.

I believe deeply that when we build genuine foundations for our health, that impact doesn't stay contained — it ripples out into how we work, how we parent, and how we show up in every part of our lives.

I thought, by then, I understood what my body needed. Then, at 43, I was suddenly launched into the later stages of perimenopause — and found how much of that understanding needed to evolve. I noticed subtle weight gain around my middle despite doing everything exactly as I always had, which was my first clue that this stage of life plays by different rules. I had to relearn how to exercise and how to eat to actually support my body through this transition.

That lived experience — through fertility struggles, hormonal imbalance, and now perimenopause — is what shapes my work today. I support women through fertility, perimenopause, and wider hormonal health using a personalised, evidence-led approach built on nutrition and lifestyle — helping them build the foundations that are right for their body, at whatever stage of life they're in.
